I’m going to be graduating from college in May 2010 and unfortunately, I do not plan on attending graduate school. However, I would love to do something like a summer internship in Japan, but I don’t know if there is such a thing as a program that takes students that have simply graduated with a BA. My field of choice is interpretation or translation of media such as Japanese games, movies, etc. Hope someone can help me. Thanks!
Hi, I live in California and I plan on going to Cypress College to become a dental hygeinest. However, I did some research, and I hear that the salary is based on years of experience, location, and how far you get in education. Cypress College only offers an Associates degree. Are there any colleges with a dental hygiene program that offers more than just an Associates degree?
Obviously school is becoming much more expensive nowadays. One of the most common scholarships is a 2010 national merit scholarship. You can qualify for the 2010 national merit scholarship as long as you are meet all the qualification standards.
Sometimes you might find it very difficult to qualify for the scholarship depending on how well you are prepared for it. However if you feel like you might not qualify for the 2010 national merit scholarship you can also sign up for an alternative scholarship program. There is a $10,000 scholarship drawing held monthly. If you want to register for this scholarship you must be a US resident and be at least 18 years old. It is basically scholarship giveaway to help anyone interested in going back to school, parents, students and those who want to polish up their resume because they were recently unemployed for a while are all welcome to enroll in the program.
It is a $10,000 giveaway that you can use to spend on just about anything you want. The reason why you’re free to use this money on anything is because you’re not as restricted as you were with the school loans. Generally school loans have stricter standards that you need to follow. And on top of that there’s interest fees to pay back after a a certain amount of years after graduating from school.
With the $10,000 scholarship you don’t have to pay back a single dime. It is basically free money for you to spend on things such as rent, clothing, books and any other things that you might need help with. This is one of the greatest benefits of having this scholarship offer compared to dealing with school loans.

I am going to be a senior this fall and in narrowing down my college choices I am wondering if I should only include colleges that include a 5 year program to get your masters and bachelors degree in education thus making it unnecessary to be teaching while still completing your masters degree.
I’m finishing up my masters program and need to know of any private or government programs that will help pay for college tuition. Does anyone know of any good resources?
If so, have you found any jobs and salaries that are compatible with your major and/or degree level? Are the results what you thought they would be, or has it been a rude awakening?
I am asking because I am thinking of pursuing an online masters degree so that I can be an online adjunct professor. I’m unable to go to a brick and mortar institution due to family obligations. I’ve had much job and salary advancement success with my online bachelors. Thanks very much for any light you can shed.
I am interested in going back to graduate school for 2010 fall. I am looking for social work programs in pa and wanted to know if there are any website to show me gre and gpa requirements for the graduate programs.
Thanks.
I have the chance to go for a graduate program but it has to be under 15k. I don’t know if that is possible outside of online only programs which I am not too sure how well respected they are.
Any help would be appreciated. I see the prices on some college sites but they always include stuff like “Room and Board” even for students that will travel to school. I am not sure if they mean a traveling student still has to pay for that part of the cost.
